  • The payment/refund policy remains unchanged in the event of a rate change.
  • Aww SMM Panel does not guarantee any services' delivery times. We strive to provide the fastest start time and we provide our best estimate based on history, but can't guarantee delivery time for any future order as unforeseen circumstances may happen.
  • Aww SMM Panel strives to deliver precisely what our services claim. If not done so, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Your account will be terminated if fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, is detected.
  • Please do not simultaneously use multiple servers for the same page. We cannot have an accurate follower/like/views counter tracking in this case. In some cases, we cannot issue a refund for these orders.

Refund policy

You agree that once a payment has been processed, you will not dispute or reverse the transaction for any reason.

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us following a deposit, we reserve the right to cancel all of your future orders and ban you from our website. Additionally, we reserve the right to remove any followers or likes delivered to your or your client's Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/other social media account.

After being placed, orders in Aww Smm Panel can be interrupted and partially refunded depending on the case.

Your pending balance, if requested, can be refunded to the original payment method - 3% refund fee.
